Model and Wedding Release forms help answer questions about who has the right to publish, copy, and sell an image. Conte Bosch prides itself with customer satisfaction and trust that the mutually agreed contract will be honored. All contracts are open to discussion and custom edits are no problem. The following release forms are the basic drafts used most of our preparations for a shoot. Disclosed shoots give Conte Bosch the right to publish and market an image. Non-disclosed shoots prevent Conte Bosch from publishing any images taken during a shoot. Overall, it is our policy to honor the wishes of our clients whether it is to promote a career in the media arts or a simple family portrait only meant for friends and loved ones. |
